HOW Management Matters has been founded by Jane Brookes. 30 years of management experience within the policing field, alongwith membership of the Chartered Managagement Institute, has provided the inspiration to create a down to earth, bespoke programme which helps and supports business to address the issue of high staff turnover. This is achieved by facilitating and empowering both managers and leaders which in turn promotes staff engagement.
The programme is deliverable across the UK and can accommodate internationally based staff.
